Welcome! I’m Christine DeVol, an award-winning Enterprise Project Management Executive with over 20 years of experience. From a young age, I had a knack for planning and scheduling. In fact, for my second trip to Disney—this time with two kids in tow—I meticulously crafted a daily itinerary and even laminated it! This early passion for organization and detail naturally evolved into a successful career in project management.
I specialize in project management, teaching project management, and designing Enterprise Project Management Offices (EPMOs). Certified in PfMP, PgMP, PMP, LSSBB, ITIL, CSM, and Prosci, my expertise includes ensuring EPMOs are strategically aligned, delivering on their benefits, and realizing value for the organization.
