Provide professional education, teaching, and lunch and learn programs to employees and key stakeholders enterprise-wide, raising the maturity and level of success of project execution.  Manage a team of 3 direct and 35 indirect reports, managing a $600MM portfolio of projects and initiatives.

Joined the organization, earning growth in responsibility and title, leading to the design, development, and execution of the business case for the EPMO, partnering with the CIO to execute the planning stages of building from scratch an EPMO structure and framework. Transitioned to a separate entity in the organization to lead and oversee the Enterprise Project Management Office.

• Designed, built, and launched the EPMO, creating a center of excellence in planning, forecasting, governance, and reporting on strategic projects enterprise-wide, leading to cost savings of $65MM+.

• Implemented tools, resources, and governance processes through the CA Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool, resulting in a consistent and repetitive set of guiding processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.

• Delivered coaching and professional development for leaders cross-functionally and across all levels of leadership, engulfing the culture in project management success.

• Developed and aligned Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy following the ADKAR methodology to ensure EPMO-led initiatives met the system’s needs.
